With generation six around the corner, and one of the new Pokemon being a new Eevee form, one is led to wonder whether or not there will be more new Evolutions in Generation 6.
Pokemon that I personally believe need an Evolution.
Farfetch'd
- Come on, five generations of almost no serious use, give this guy an evolution since he has an awesome movepool. He'll be one of the top physical attackers in at least one of the tiers. No need for a type change though, Normal / Flying is a good typing.
Girafrig
- Psychic / Normal are great attacking STAB's, Girfarig has a decent spot in NU but its low stats keep it from reaching its full potential. If it had an evolution, it would possibly be one of the preferred special attackers in maybe UU, or RU.
Dunsparce
- With rumors of Light being made into a new type, there is a very distinct possibility that Dunsparce could get an evolution with this secondary typing, not only that but it would have the stats to abuse this as well.
Quilfish
- This thing would instantly become one of the preferred attackers in the upper tiers due to its offensive Water STAB and defensive Poison typing, along with great speed. Rain will most likely still be prevalent.
Corsola
- With its amazing abilities, movepool, typing and potential, Corsola needs an evolution, it's an absolute no brainer. Plus, this would allow Corsola into LC and with Eviolite Corsola would be one of LC's top walls.
Delibird
- No words can be said about how much Delibird needs an evo.
