This was made because I thought that the forum needed something to give it a little life. So I talked a while with Envy(on Pokemon Online) and I suggested making a banner for the website to replace that plain text at the top of the page.
This is the first banner, so most likely will be applied and stay there permanently. Until maybe Envy decides to create a setting that give users the option to change themes, other users can create their own banners as 'candidates' for different themes if they want.
