Description:
Ah. Nincada, one of my favorite pokemon. Normally I'd relegate one such as yourself to LC. However I have found greater plans for you. Nincada has a niche in all tiers (including OU) as a powerful physical wall that often makes opposing players rage at the very thought. Able to take a + 2 boosted Earthquake from a Salamance is none other than the mighty Nincada! This is of course with eviolite. Nincada's Bug / Ground typing also gives it great resistances to Fighting, Ground and Poison. It's immune to Electric as well! However just because it has massive physicial defense and good physical defensive typing doesn't mean it's unstoppable. Nincada's other stats are simply pitiful, and it has to rely on toxic and confusion for damage. It also has weaknesses to Flying, Fire, Ice and Water. Also it's incredibly slow and for the most part will always move last. However if you play Nincada to it's strengths and catch your opponent off guard, you will easily be able to stall your foes into oblivion.

Set Explanation:
This set is simple, either switch in on something physical or wait until one of your Pokemon faint to switch it in. Use Swagger to confuse, then Toxic. Protect and Rest when necessary. With Eviolite, Nincada's defense stat reaches over 450. To put this into perspective, Nincada can take an Adamant Mamoswine's super effective STAB Icicle Crash and live. Nincada's HP stat leaves a lot to be desired but it is workable. For pokemon who are immune to Toxic just use Swagger and Protect / Rest when necessary.
Counters:
Basically any special attacker, notably Fire or Water can fry or douse the little ninja bug respectively. Taunt users can shut down Nincada's tyrade.
