Description:
Serperior has largely been ignored in the standard metagame for one reason and one reason only. Its Dream World ability Contrary hasn't been released yet. Why this is important? Contrary reverses stat boosts / drops. Meaning every time Serperior uses Leaf Storm, it gains + 2 Special Attack. Serperior also has a multitude of other options at its disposal, screens, leech seed, you name it. And with a blazing 113 speed stat and 75 hp with 95 defenses, Serperior is one hell of a good Pokemon, and badass looking as well. Please note that this is the best set to use in DW OU, any of Serperior's other sets are best used in the other tiers.

Set #1: Leaf Storm (Set Up Sweeper)

EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe
Nature: Timid

- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Rock / Hidden Power Ground
- Giga Drain / Substitute
- Dragon Pulse

Set Explanation:
Simple, use Leaf Storm. Every time you use it, Serperior gains + 2 Special Attack. Once Leaf Storm runs out of PP or you need health, use Giga Drain. Dragon Pulse nails any Dragon Types and Hidden Power Fire decimates just about any Steel / Bug / Grass / Ice types that would come in to attempt to ruin Serperior's sweep. Scizor, Ferrothorn and Forretress are nailed hard by HP Fire. You could also opt for HP Rock to take care of any flying types that otherwise resist your STAB. You could even run HP Ground to take care of Heatran and certain other Pokemon. Alternatively you could run Substitute instead of Giga Drain to insure that Serperior keeps itself status free, since it has the speed to quickly keep a sub up and the bulk to deal with the 25% HP drop.

Counters:
Paralyzing Serperior is the best way to go about stopping it. Since Serperior is rather bulky unless you're running Ice Shard priority won't be much help. Heatran massacres any Serperior not running HP Ground, although rarely seen, Lampent is a solid counter, functioning similarly to how Chandelure functions in DW Ubers, trapping Serperior and massacring it with fire STAB attacks, although it has to watch out for HP Rock / HP Ground. Scizor, Ferrothorn and Forretress wall any sets not running HP Fire as well.

Good analyse there, just going to nitpick that substitute might perhaps be better than giga drain mainly because it needs to avoid status at all costs, and its high speed allows it to pull of a substitute before it gets hit by a status. Oh and Chandelure is banned from DW OU, it is placed in DW Ubers i presume. I think hidden power rock should also be listed, mainly because it gives serperior an attacking option against fire and flying types who resist its STAB. You might also want to list down that whatever Serperior plays, Heatran is the best counter for Serp, unless it chooses the rare hidden power ground.

Dream World = Place where you can catch Pokemon that have special abilities not normally found in the game.

I can't use WIFI in the first Black/White , but I can use it in Black/White 2 .

Well, At least they fixed it in the second game... BTW, Serperior is awesome!
